Liability clause
Avioteles is subject to the liability regime established by Law 300 / 96, D.R. 1075 / 97, Decree 2438 of 2010 and the rules that modify, add or reform them. The Consumer Statute Act 1480 of 2011 is also subject to.

The responsibility of the organizer of the tourism plan or package is limited to the terms and conditions of the programme in relation to the provision and quality of services.
